The device is automated with diodes emitting light on a specific surface area and lidar laser sensors to start sanitization while focusing energy on the surface with the most aggressive incidence angle that ensures maximum intensity is only directed towards pathogens, microbes, and bacteria.
SNAP-Clean automatically calculates height to measure the necessary dosage time interval. Once a sanitization cycle is started, red light is emitted to alert from possible exposure. Fortunately, the UV-C LED technology requires no warm-up time, which makes it possible to frequently and swiftly sterilize a surface area within limited timeframes that are automatically calculated.
Green lights are switched on when the surface area is fully sterilized. The adopted power of UV-C LED technology is highly effective against all infectious pathogens with a significantly higher efficacy in inactivating viruses’ chains of RNA when compared with chemical agents and mercury vapor UV lamps.

The anchored installation method Developed by SAL Systems allows for smaller light sources and reduces radiation exposure, ensuring the safety of those nearby. The lights are focused on the exact areas where disinfection is needed, providing precise control and avoiding any "spill" onto surrounding areas. The motion sensors switch off the UV-C light when motion is detected, and will automatically power down if no motion is detected for approximately 3 minutes, only powering on when a valid movement trigger is detected.
